As soon as your payment is received, we begin processing your order. Within the first 24 hours, If the order is already received by the factory but production has not started, the order can be cancelled.

You are allowed to return a product if it was damaged during its manufacturing or shipping. However, damages caused by you are non-returnable.

Should your order arrive damaged due to the shipping company's negligence, we assure a replacement or refund. You will need to provide proof of this damage through photos and videos captured during the unboxing process. You must report the damage and arrange for a return within 14 days of delivery. Damage caused by inappropriate handling or negligence from the buyer is not covered, including limb stretching and tearing due to mishandling.
