Once the production of your doll is complete, we will provide you with detailed photos and videos of your specific model. Only after receiving your confirmation that the doll matches your exact specifications, including all desired enhancements, will we proceed with shipping.
Rest assured, we take care of the entire delivery process, ensuring your order reaches your doorstep promptly and securely. In the rare event of any delays or issues with the shipping company, we will be the first to inform you and work towards resolving the problem swiftly.

- After the courier delivers your order, promptly capture a photograph of the box. If any signs of damage are evident, ensure to document it accordingly. It's important to note that any damage to the box does not necessarily indicate damage to the doll itself, as an additional protective frame is present inside.
- Once you unpack the doll, meticulously examine it from all angles.
- Check the surface of the material for any signs of damage.
- Gently flex the doll's limbs, paying close attention to the flexibility of the joints and their correct positioning.
