We’ve had a few subscribers asking about facial expressions — and at the moment, this is pretty much the limit of what’s available.

There are two main reasons for that:

💰 First — advanced animatronics are expensive. What you see in the video is about as much as can be fitted into a doll’s head without sending the price through the roof.

🤷🏼‍♂️ Second — it’s simply not a trend (yet). Factories are focused on realism, detail, and the tactile experience — the sensations you get from interacting with the doll. Facial expressions and other “cosmetic” movements just aren’t a priority right now.

Sooner or later, though, the technology will become more affordable. Testing will expand, the audience will get curious, a trend will emerge — and expressive dolls will hit the market, eventually becoming the new gold standard.
