We work only with official factories. Before a brand joins our catalogue, we order samples to our office and inspect them ourselves, and we share our first impressions on social media and in our blog. Our catalogue is deliberately selective, which lets us offer the best prices and keep strict control over production quality. Suggestions for brands to explore next are always welcome.

Studio lighting, editing and high-end cameras can make a doll look different from real life, and many manufacturers overdo it. That is why we offer non-studio photos for nearly every model, taken by us or our partners in our own studio or at the factory. They show you what to expect, so the doll you receive matches the one you chose.

We work with you to create a detailed technical specification for each doll, covering its appearance, enhancements and accessories. This record guides the factory and minimises the risk of mistakes in production.

Every doll is checked twice: immediately after production and again before packaging. We confirm:

• the finished doll matches its technical specification
• joints and connections work correctly
• the surface is free of defects
• every enhancement in the specification is present
• all ordered accessories are included, such as wigs, eyes and clothing sets

Before shipping, we send you detailed photos and videos, and your doll ships only once you confirm it meets the specification.

Despite our checks, problems in transit can occasionally happen. If your doll arrives damaged, we resolve it quickly with a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please photograph or film any damage as you unpack, so we can act on it straight away.
