ROS Robotisation

This upgrade adds a vacuum effect to the mouth of a ROS head. When switched on, the mouth starts drawing in air and creating a suction effect. On top of that, the doll's throat begins to contract rhythmically.

This mimics deep oral contact, taking the experience with the doll to its maximum. Paired with Oral Heating, it delivers an experience that can't be achieved with any other head type.

How it works

The mechanism sits inside an external unit. To activate the upgrade, connect it to the doll's head using a thin tube. It's controlled with buttons and has different speed levels.

This construction isn't arbitrary: all the electronics and the pump sit outside, in the external unit, rather than inside the head.

Only available for silicone ROS series heads. Can't be added to a soft or hard head. The construction requires the full mouth and throat anatomy that only ROS has.

What's important to understand

  • Speed levels are switched manually using buttons on the unit. This is a mechanical simulation with preset modes, not a "smart" response to your actions.
  • While running, the mechanism makes the sound of a working pump. This is a feature of any vacuum device. Volume depends on the brand and the mode selected.
  • The tube running from the external unit to the head places some restrictions on poses. This option is best used with the doll lying on her back. Or lay the doll on her back on a table.

Works in combination

This option gives its maximum effect combined with Oral Heating: vacuum plus a warmed mouth gives the most realistic oral experience possible. We cover heating in more detail in the Oral Heating section.

Care

  • After every use, rinse and thoroughly dry the oral channel as usual. Always disconnect the tube from the external unit before washing.
  • The unit and tube itself don't need washing: just make sure no moisture or lubricant gets inside the tube.
  • Store the unit somewhere dry.

There's no such thing as a perpetual motion machine. Like any electronics, the vacuum mechanism has its own lifespan. The advantage of the external construction is that if the unit fails, it doesn't harm the doll herself: the head stays fully functional, and the unit can be replaced.

Is it worth adding

If you've chosen a ROS head and oral contact matters to you, this is the single most powerful head upgrade available. After ROS, no other option changes the sensation as noticeably as this one. If you rarely use the oral opening, you can skip this option: ROS on its own, without robotisation, already gives a great experience. Also bear in mind that Irontech is developing this technology further: the new generation ROS MAX has a refined oral construction. We cover this in more detail in the ROS MAX section.
