The breasts of a realistic TPE sex doll can be made in 3 types. It all depends on the tactile qualities and softness you want your doll to have.

Type 1 — Solid Breast

This breast is made from the same material as the rest of the doll's body (TPE or STPE). There's no difference in tactile feel or density between the breast and other parts of the torso.

The breast construction in this case is a single piece with no additional upgrades or implants.

Who this option suits

We think this approach falls short regardless of breast size. Even at size 1, a gel implant is recommended. Without it, the breast ends up too firm to the touch.

  • If you prefer a firm breast, you can choose solid breast.
  • If you want realism or softness, choose Gel Breast.

Type 2 — Hollow Breast

This is an outdated breast type, barely used in our industry anymore. That said, it's worth explaining.

Inside this type of breast, there's a cavity left with air inside. Thanks to this, the breast is lighter and softer. The doll's construction in this case is as follows: an air "implant" inside, with the doll's material (TPE or STPE) on the outside.

The original purpose of this breast type

Originally, when the doll's construction hadn't yet been refined, this breast type was used to lighten the doll's breasts. This reduced some of the strain on the material and protected it from tearing. With the development of the industry, materials and manufacturing, this is now an outdated technology.

Drawbacks

  • Unrealistic breast "behaviour". With air inside, the breast is much lighter and doesn't respond to touch the way natural breasts do.
  • Unrealistic sensation. The fact there's a cavity inside is clearly noticeable when feeling the breast. Because of this, the feel is significantly worse than both solid breast and a gel implant.

That said, for extremely large breasts, Hollow Breast can still make sense. If we're talking about a super unrealistic, huge breast size, Hollow Breast can slightly reduce the strain on the material. We say "slightly" here because the weight of the breast material itself is still enough to eventually tear the material over time.

Type 3 — Gel Breast

This breast type is built as follows: a soft gel implant inside, with the doll's regular material (TPE or STPE) on top. Because of this, the doll's breast will be as realistic and soft to the touch as possible.

This is the most popular breast type, and the most commonly chosen upgrade. 99% of all customers add this upgrade to their order.

How it works

At the early stages of production, balls are fixed in the mould to create a cavity inside the doll's breast. After the main part of the model is cast, these balls are removed, and soft gel is then pumped inside. The openings are then sealed and smoothed over.

We consider this an essential upgrade. This breast type is the most realistic and pleasant to the touch. If you're buying a doll with a large size, always add Gel Breast. If you're buying a doll with a small size, even a size 1, add Gel Breast too. Without it, the breast is too firm to the touch, and there's no question of realism.
